ADR Consulting Offer

We offer consulting services in accordance with the requirements of Article 1.8.3 of the ADR Agreement and Articles 40-41 of the Act on the Transport of Dangerous Goods of August 19, 2011.
Consulting services for the road transport of dangerous goods includes:
- internal audits in the company;
- employee training;
- identification of dangerous goods;
- classification of dangerous goods and hazardous waste;
- verification of safety data sheets;
- checking the correctness of the transport documentation;
- preparation of transport documents;
- streamlining customer costs by using available exemptions (e.g., 3.3, LQ, 1.1.3.6);
- preparing dedicated internal procedures, instructions, and checklists for packaging, filling, consigning, loading, unloading, transporting, and receiving goods;
- development of shipping instructions for designated UN numbers;
- assessing compliance of the transport of dangerous goods with legal regulations;
- preparing accident reports;
- preparing annual ADR reports.
SAFETY ADVISOR FOR THE TRANSPORT OF DANGEROUS GOODS
The main task of the adviser shall be, under the responsibility of the head of the undertaking, to seek by all appropriate means and by all appropriate action, within the limits of the relevant activities of that undertaking, to facilitate the conduct of those activities in accordance with the requirements applicable and in the safest possible way.The advisor may be an entity independent of the entrepreneur, operating under a relevant agreement. Consulting also includes the preparation of an annual report.
